We are a welcoming, private oceanfront community with direct access to a wide and traffic free beach. The condominium is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, parks, recreational activities and all of Floridas major tourist attractions. Our building features covered secured entry, inside parking, swimming pool with kiddie pool, security cameras, picnic areas, clubroom, and Wi-Fi.

Rockefeller built his summer retreat not five miles away from Surfside North… The “Casements” as it’s called is one of the wonderful nearby attractions as is the famous Daytona International Speedway, home of the Daytona 500.
